No Hassle Returns
Once you receive your Mariloff package, you have up to 30 days to exchange or return the item.* Our No-Hassle Return Policy simply requires you to obtain a return code from a Mariloff representative and ship the item back to our showroom.
Return any diamond or fine jewelry item by following these four guidelines
1. Obtain return code. Call 1-888-MARILOFF or e-mail us with the subject line: RETURN at info@mariloff.com. Once you receive your personal return code, please write it in the appropriate blank on your return invoice. It should also be properly displayed on the outside of the package.
2. Include ALL original contents. As you prepare to return your item, please remember to include all the contents from the original shipment. This includes all protective packaging, diamond certificates and collateral material. IMPORTANT: If you fail to include the diamond certificate, you will be charged the $200 replacement fee.
3. Insure your return. While you may ship your return with any carrier, it is important to note that ONLY the U.S. Postal Service will insure a package valued at over $500. Please purchase adequate insurance for your item.
4. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Additionally, we request that you not write Mariloff anywhere on the outside of the package. This is to protect your return and ensure it arrives safely in our store.
We also strongly suggest that you request a return receipt from your postal carrier so you will know when your shipment arrives safely in our showroom.
Once we receive the package and examine the contents, we will be happy to process your exchange or issue a refund.
