Q. Will sales tax be applied to my purchase?
A. Currently, sales tax is applied only to orders shipped to addresses in Georgia and Texas.
Q. Can you create custom jewelry?
A. Yes. If you bring in a picture, sketch or detailed description, we will custom create any item just for you at no additional charge.
Q. Can you make small changes to existing items?
A. Yes. If you see an item that you like but wish you could make a small change, we will custom create the revised design for you at no additional charge.
Q. Do you sell colored diamonds?

Q. I can't find my diamond certificate and my appraisal report. Can I still return my item? A. Yes. However, if you cannot locate the diamond certificate or the appraisal report, you will be charged a replacement fee.
Q. Can I get my ring resized?
A. Yes. We'll resize any ring free of charge within 30 days of the original shipment date. Once received, resizing takes approximately four days.
Q. I can't find the diamond I'm looking for on your Web site. What should I do?
A. If you don't see the diamond you're looking for, chances are we can locate it for you. Contact a Mariloff Personal Advisor for more information.
Q. Can I view my diamond before it is set?
A. Yes. Contact a Mariloff Personal Advisor and we can e-mail you a photograph of the diamond.
Q. What payment options are available to me?
A. Credit and debit cards, bank wire and personal checks.
Please Note: Credit and debit cards seem similar, but are treated quite differently by your bank.
Debit cards deduct directly from your bank account, and there is often a daily charge limit established by your bank. If the item you are purchasing exceeds this daily limit, we will be unable to process your order. At that point we will contact you and offer the following options:
Continue with Waiver Request - Contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.
Continue with Wire Transfer - This is a simple process where we contact your bank and have the appropriate funds transferred to our account.
Continue with Credit Card - If your order is placed before noon, we will begin processing it that day.
1.5% Wire Transfer Discount - You will receive a 1.5% discount on any order purchased with a wire transfer. This option is available only on orders of $250 or more.
Q. Am I liable for my order while it is being shipped?
A. No. At Mariloff, we insure every shipment over $500 in order to offer you a risk-free online purchasing process. You are not responsible for your order until it arrives on your doorstep. We also require a signature for every order upon receipt.
Q. I'm purchasing this item as a surprise. Can you help me keep a secret?
A. Yes. All shipments are anonymous and unmarked. No Mariloff logos will appear outside or inside your package.
Q. Are your prices competitive?
A. Yes. We offer wholesale pricing and special offers throughout the year. We are also a diamond wholesaler, not a diamond broker. This means we own all of our merchandise and sell directly to you. There is no unnecessary middleman to mark up the cost of our collection; therefore we can guarantee lower prices than other diamond dealers.
Q. I prefer Saturday delivery. Is that possible?
A. Yes, if UPS Saturday delivery is available in your area. Contact a Mariloff Personal Advisor for more information.
Q. Can I purchase a setting without purchasing a center stone?
A. No. All setting purchases must be combined with the purchase of a diamond. If you do not see the diamond you are looking for on our Web site, contact a Mariloff Personal Advisor with your request. We will make every attempt to locate the diamond you are looking for.
