To register to participate in the Customer Referral Program, just complete the referral form below and submit it to Mariloff. Each friend you refer will receive a custom Email discussing the benefits of shopping at Mariloff and Mariloff.com, including the extensive inventory, competitive prices and outstanding service. They will also receive a referral card with your name and customer number on it to present at the time of purchase. Following a qualifying purchase, you will be contacted and Mariloff will issue a check to you for $100.
