How to Prepare a Return- Obtain return code.
Call 1-888-MARILOFF or email us at info@mariloff.com with the subject line: RETURN. Once you receive your unique code, be sure to include it on your return invoice. It should also be displayed on the outside of the package.
- Prepare your package.
Remember to include all the contents from the original shipment, like all protective packaging, diamond certificates and collateral material. IMPORTANT: Failure to include the diamond certificate will result in a minimum $200 replacement fee.
- Insure your return.
While you may ship your return with any carrier, it’s important to note that ONLY the U.S. Postal Service will insure a package valued at over $500. You are responsible for the package while it’s in transit, so please purchase adequate insurance for your item.
| Remember This - To help protect your return and ensure safe delivert do NOT write "Diamonds" on the outside of your package - not even the mailing label. Simply address the package to Mariloff.
- Returns cannot be processed on items that show signs of wear or those that have been altered, damaged or resized by a jeweler other than Mariloff Diamonds.
- If you request a return receipt from your postal carrier, you'll know when your shipment is delivered to our showroom.
- If you plan to return a custom item, you must contact a Mariloff Personal Advisor. Special order returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- It may take up to 5-10 business days for your return request to be processed from the day we receive your package.
