We were here for a resize. Jim was very friendly. Service was excellent. Turnaround was fast with a fair price. Overall, highly recommend!

Rachel was a DREAM to work with! Knew exactly what I needed and had 3 precious pieces fixed for me in super fast turnaround time for my son’s wedding. Made sure I was smiling ear to ear with my jewelry. I was able to walk out wearing my grandmother’s earrings she wore when she was alive.
Excellent customer service!
Love how you can make a wish list for your family to shop off of.
A friend referred me to Mariloff and to ask for Rachel and I was NOT disappointed!
Trust your future purchases with Rachel because you’ll get exactly what you want and more.
Appreciate everything done for my jewelry.

We absolutely love this jewelry store and can’t recommend them enough! We’ve purchased my engagement ring, both of our wedding bands, and my push present here, including custom pieces. I’ve always worked with Rachael, and she is truly the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you love what you’re getting. She always goes above and beyond, and it’s obvious that she truly cares about her customers.

My husband actually left a review sharing how Rachael quite literally saved the engagement ring he had started building at another jewelry store when that company dropped the ball. She stepped in, took the time to understand what he wanted, and helped turn the situation around into a ring we absolutely love. That experience alone says so much about the level of care she puts into her work.

For my push present, my husband originally picked out a ring for me, but once we saw it with my existing stack, we realized it just wasn’t quite the look I wanted. Rachael was so understanding and swapped it out for a custom ring with absolutely no questions asked. They made sure I ended up with something I truly loved, and I couldn’t be happier with it.

I also bring my engagement ring in regularly for maintenance, and every time I’m there, I’ve had great experiences with other members of the team as well. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and takes great care of my jewelry. It really feels like the whole team cares about their customers and the pieces they’re trusted with.

We will literally drive an hour across town to come here instead of going somewhere closer. That’s how much have enjoyed working with Rachael at Mariloff. Rachael is a huge reason we continue to come back, and I genuinely wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. She has been part of some of the most special moments in our lives, and we couldn’t recommend her or this store more!

Thank you Rachael for putting this girl back on my finger! Had to get my ring resized after weight loss and had to replace a band I lost a few years back. You were an absolute joy to connect with and I had my ring back super fast, perfectly fitted and shinning so bright. Mariloff is such a great place and you made the experience such a joy!

A fantastic experience shopping with them. I had a specific need that no other jeweler could address, and they moved mountains to make it happen quickly and efficiently. Make sure you ask for Jim Martin when you visit.

Highly recommend Mariloff! Mark helped me find the perfect engagement ring and we couldn’t be happier. They were very friendly and worked with my budget, and gave me a free Dr Pepper. Mark is an expert at what he does and you can tell he loves diamonds and helping people! -Brandon

Outstanding customer service. This is why I come to a specialty jeweler like this, instead of one of those big box jewelers!

OMG! 5 STARS SALES AND SERVICES. Jim and Rafi helped me with the design of my new ring . It was much MORE then I ever believed are expected. I cried when I seen the actual finished Ring. It was DROP DOWN GORGEROUS!!!. FROM Jim and all the lady's in the office always so cheerful and Happy and always so helpful, I have the most FUN time walking in doors and picking out the stones and designing my ring.
