Your custom engagement ring journey begins with a private, one-on-one appointment in our Dallas showroom. During this consultation, we will discuss your inspiration, style preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Whether you are repurposing an existing piece or starting from scratch, our team will guide you through design ideas and possibilities to bring your vision into focus in a relaxed, pressure-free setting.
The center diamond is the heart of your engagement ring. During your appointment, we will present a curated selection based on your preferences, including both natural and lab-grown options. Each stone is personally evaluated for cut, brilliance, proportions, and overall beauty to ensure exceptional quality. You will be able to compare diamonds side by side and see how they perform in light so you can confidently choose the one that feels right. If you already have a loose diamond, we are happy to incorporate your stone into the custom design.
Once we finalize your design direction and diamond selection, we will provide a detailed custom quote. Your consultant will review pricing and payment options and answer any remaining questions. A down payment is required to begin the custom process.
Our designers will create a detailed CAD rendering of your engagement ring so you can see your design before it is crafted. If adjustments are needed, we will refine the design at this stage to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Once the CAD is approved, production begins. Most custom engagement rings are completed within approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
Your custom engagement ring is expertly handcrafted with precision and care. Once complete, it is carefully inspected and prepared for presentation. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece, thoughtfully created to reflect your vision and designed to be worn for a lifetime.

Next our designers will create a hand drawing or a computer animated image, what is known in the industry as a CAD. At this point you will begin to see your piece come to life! If during this step of the project you request changes, there can be an increase of cost if additional materials are needed. Once the drawing or CAD is approved, we will begin making your custom engagement ring!
Voila! Your vision becomes real and you have a beautiful, unique, custom created engagement ring made just for you. Now the only remaining step is to show off your new one-of-a-kind design to all your friends and family!
