Production & Availability

Because our showroom and online store share inventory, an item purchased online may no longer be available if it was sold in-store the same day. If this occurs, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss next steps.

Made-to-Order Items

If your item is no longer available in our showroom, it may be available as a special order.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production of made-to-order jewelry. However, production times may vary and can take longer depending on the design, materials, and overall demand.

If you have a specific timeline, we recommend contacting our team prior to placing your order so we can advise accordingly.

Order Verification

To ensure the security of your purchase, all online orders must be verified by a member of our team prior to fulfillment. Your billing and shipping address must also match. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or canceled.

You will be contacted within 24–48 business hours of placing your order to confirm your identity and review your order details. Please note that our showroom is open Monday through Friday, and we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For any additional holiday closures, please refer to our Contact page.

Order Processing

Once your order has been verified and the item is available, it will move into processing.

• In-stock items typically ship within 3–4 business days after verification
• Made-to-order items will ship once production is complete

You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
