Order Verification

To ensure the security of every purchase, all online orders must be verified by a member of our team prior to fulfillment.

You will be contacted within 24–48 business hours of placing your order to confirm your identity and review your order details. Please note that our showroom is open Monday through Friday, and we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For any additional holiday closures, please refer to our Contact page.

Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be successfully verified.

Additional documentation may be required to complete order verification.

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on product availability.

• In-stock items typically ship within 3–4 business days after order verification
• Made-to-order items will ship once production is complete. Production timelines may vary—please refer to our Production Policy for additional details

Delivery timelines may vary depending on order verification, product availability, and production requirements.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or during showroom closures.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight.

Once your order has been shipped, it will arrive on the next business day by the end of the day, excluding weekends and holidays.

All packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging for security purposes.

Signature Requirement

All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Shipping Liability

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

For security reasons, tracking details may be limited, but our team will assist with delivery updates.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered and signed for, Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local Showroom Pickup

Customers selecting local showroom pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

For security purposes, a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase will be required at the time of pickup.

Orders must be picked up by the individual who placed the order unless prior arrangements have been made and approved.
