Your custom jewelry project begins with a one-on-one appointment in our Dallas showroom. During this consultation, we will discuss your inspiration, style preferences, budget, and any existing jewelry or gemstones you would like to incorporate. If you are redesigning a sentimental piece, we will carefully evaluate it and explore how it can be reimagined into something new.
Once the design direction is established, we will outline the details of your piece, including materials, stone options if needed, and overall specifications. You will receive a detailed custom quote, and your consultant will review pricing and payment options. A down payment is required to begin the custom process.
A detailed CAD rendering will be created so you can review your piece before it is crafted. This stage allows you to confirm proportions, stone placement, and design elements. If revisions are needed, they can be made prior to final approval. Once approved, your piece moves into production. Most custom jewelry pieces are completed within approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
Your custom design is brought to life with precision and care. Each piece is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our standards for quality and finish. The result is one-of-a-kind jewelry created specifically for you.

Next our designers will create a hand drawing or a computer animated image, what is known in the industry as a CAD. At this point you will begin to see your piece come to life! If during this step of the project you request changes, there can be an increase of cost if additional materials are needed. Once the drawing or CAD is approved, we will begin making your jewelry!
Voila! Your vision becomes real and you have a beautiful, unique, custom created piece of jewelry made just for you. Now the only remaining step is to show off your new one-of-a-kind design to all your friends and family!
