All jewelry requires regular maintenance to keep it looking beautiful and secure! Every purchase from Mariloff Diamonds comes with a complimentary warranty that covers all routine jewelry maintenance. This includes buffing, polishing, stone tightening and rhodium plating on white gold. Our master jeweler is located in-house ensuring all repairs can be done in a timely manner, so you are not without your jewelry for long!
When inspecting your jewelry, we take the time to check for loose diamonds and gemstones. We will examine the prongs to ensure that your jewelry is in safe, wearable condition. Mariloff Diamonds understands the irreplaceable loss of a sentimental piece and the sometimes costly replacement of a diamond or gemstone, which is why we offer this preventative service.
Other jewelry stores will charge an additional cost to warranty these services. They will also expect you to frequently travel to the store to avoid cancellation of the warranty. At Mariloff it is included free for life with no fine print.
*We do encourage you to have jewelry insurance through Jewelers Mutual on all your items. This covers unforeseen concerns including: loss; theft or extensive damage of the item. Every purchase can be easily added to your current jewelry policy with the free appraisal we offer on every jewelry purchase.
