We have a 7 day return policy for online orders only. This means you must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, please contact orders@mariloff.com. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase, your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for securely packaging your item and paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee return delivery.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
